Residential Program and Services

Families United Network, Inc. is the legal entity that operates two residential programs- Arborvale Manor, which provides supervised independent living for adolescent males, and Ashler Manor, which provides community residential care and supervised independent living for adolescent females. Families United Network ensures compliance with the applicable requirements of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Title 55, Chapter 3800, 3680, and 3700 Regulations.

The Arborvale Manor program is a 6-12 month program for adolescent males ages 15-19, that provides a progressive, life skills centered experience to acquaint male youth with the realities of independent life, encourage personal growth and development, and to empower youth to make well rounded decisions. Conveniently located in Lancaster, PA, the Arborvale Manor facility provides ample space for 8 adolescent males.

Ashler Manor’s system of services provides a progressive therapeutic environment fostered, in part, by a successful residential program specifically for designed for girls ages 12-18, requiring out-of-home placement. Situated on 33 acres in the heart of north central Pennsylvania, the campus-like environment of Ashler Manor provides our residents and their families with a safe atmosphere conducive to the therapeutic process.
