Residential Program and Services
Families United Network, Inc. is the legal entity that operates two Outcome Focused Group Home Programs - Arborvale Manor, which provides Life Readiness Programming for adolescent males, and Ashler Manor, which provides community residential care, shelter care, diagnostic services and Life Readiness Programming for adolescent females. Families United Network ensures compliance with the applicable requirements of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Title 55, Chapter 3800, 3680, and 3700 Regulations.
The Arborvale Manor program is a 6-9 month program for adolescent males ages 15-20. The program is a Life Readiness Program that provides a progressive, life skills centered experience to acquaint male youth with the realities of independent life. It encourages personal growth and development and empowers youth to make well rounded decisions. Conveniently located in Lancaster, PA, the Arborvale Manor Outcomes Focused Group Home provides ample space for 8 adolescent males.
Ashler Manor’s system of services is specifically designed for adolescent females ages 12-20, requiring out-of-home placement. Situated on 33 acres in the heart of north central Pennsylvania, the campus-like environment provides accommodations for 25 residents in the dormitory group homeprogram and serves ten females in the Life Readiness Program. Program specialties include drug and alcohol abuse; trauma/abuse and pregnant teen services.
